My experience here so far has been pretty good, they have been fast during service and communicate well, issues have been resolved as they have come up with my new vehicle and appreciate that, I've also purchased accessories from capital and the pricing has been fair. I had to wait an extra day to pick up my new vehicle because they were swamped due to the cold. The gas tank was only filled to 1/2. I didn't get a fair value for my trade in. They gave my friend over $2500 for their vehicle even though it was 5 years older than mine and had been sitting in a field for a decade. No one talked to us about entering our name in the $100K give away.
They know my needs , and they respect what it is I’m looking for , and not push me in a direction that won’t suit my wants , also treat me well in the service side.
We had the pleasure of working with Anand and Jeff to get us into a car with options that we wanted. They went above and beyond, and we were able have fun and joke around.
